Can I exchange or return an order in-store?
Yes. Along as you're within our returns period and have proof of order confirmation you can drop items off in-store. Please note, although we aim to process it the same day on occasion returns in-store may not be processed the same day.

Can I use my physical in-store gift card online?
No, currently physical gift cards can only be redeemed in store. We do have online specific gift cards available via our website. Please note that all our gift cards will last you a life time, so you've got plenty of time to use it.
Can I convert my in-store gift card to an online gift card?
No, unfortunately once issued the gift cards cannot be converted for use on alternative platforms.
Are you shipping to Europe?
I live locally, can I return items to your shop?
Yes we offer returns in-store for online orders at any or our stores (including Cambridge) as well as via post. Please visit here for more information.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, our Click & Collect service is still operational. Please note, this is only applicable from our Norwich stores.
When can I collect my Click & Collect?
Collections can be made only during opening hours 10am-6pm Mon-Fri and 11am-4:30PM Sun. Please note all collections are to be made from Dogfish Norwich, 6 Bedford Street, NR21AR and please ensure you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection before collecting.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, please ensure they bring proof of order with them and a valid form of ID.
